Artisan Portrait is operated by Kibbee Walton Photography, Inc, a registered corporation. This website and all related services, including messaging services, are provided by Kibbee Walton Photography, Inc doing business as Artisan Portrait.
SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Session Booking
To reserve your session time, a fully refundable holding deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on the day of the week and session type. This applies to all portrait sessions.
Your holding deposit will be refunded in full unless you:
- Reschedule your session more than twice
- Do not attend your scheduled session
- Cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled session time
- Fail to select your gift portrait or place your order within 30 days of your session
Artisan Portrait will make reasonable efforts to contact clients to reschedule, schedule ordering appointments, and accommodate exceptional circumstances.
Complimentary Portrait Experience
Each complimentary portrait experience includes:
- An in-studio photoshoot with one of our experienced photographers (valued at $350)
- An ordering session to review edited images
- One fully finished print (8¡Á10¡å or 11¡Á14¡å depending on project type), valued between $300šC$700
Additional images may be purchased at standard retail pricing.
The complimentary print value may be applied as credit toward upgraded artwork or collections.
Additional terms:
- Valid for complete family groups only
- Limited to a specified number of participants
- Additional participants may incur a fee
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be used to purchase images from a previous session
- One experience per family per year
- Non-transferable
SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you place an order with Artisan Portrait:
- Artisan Portrait retains copyright to all imagery
- Images may be used for display, exhibition, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All images undergo professional retouching
- Additional editing requests must be specified at the time of order
- Orders are ready approximately 6 weeks after placement
WARRANTY POLICY
If your order arrives damaged and unusable, it will be replaced free of charge.
Framed products damaged or lost due to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, or moving homes will be replaced within 100 years of purchase.
Replacement production time is approximately 6 weeks.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final.
A 48-hour amendment period is provided. Changes must be submitted in writing to:
Orders cannot be amended after 48 hours.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS
Artisan Portrait offers internal, interest-free payment plans up to 12 months.
Installment options:
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Monthly
Installments are authorized via signature and charged to a nominated credit card.
Products are delivered when 60% of the invoice total is paid.
Digital files are delivered after full payment.
Failure to maintain payment may result in debt collection, with associated fees at the client¡¯s expense.
Clients must notify Artisan Portrait of credit card changes.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years unless otherwise stated.
